Organic Cotton Company FAQ

Why are the shipping costs appear to be high?Actually the shipping costs are as low as we can get them.  We ship using the postal service’s Expedited (least expensive) shipping.  We do not ship Express through the mail as we find this services too expensive and only marginally faster than the Expedited service.   We do not use courier services as our cost comparison has shown they are 20% to 25% more expensive than the postal service.  Additionally, the postal service is required by law to deliver mail and the added activity of courier services only adds pollution to the planet.

Can I come to your office or showroom to buy or pickup garments? 

The office located at 342 Indian Road Cres., Toronto does not have an inventory of products.  However, you can make arrangements to pick up the garments at the office by making arrangements with our sales staff.  You can call 416 428 3198. 

The showroom at 909 Adams Road in Innisfil, Ontario south of Barrie (Innisfil Beach Road exit off the 400) has a full inventory of products.  It is easy to call us (416 428 3198) and make arrangements to visit, see the new designs we are working on and meet us.   We welcome your comments and suggestions.

Can I exchange items?

The primary reason for requiring an exchange is due to ordering an incorrect size.  Please read the size chart carefully and compare with your body measurements. This will eliminate delays and from you experiencing the incredible luxury of our organic pima cotton products.  We, for obvious reasons are not allowed to accept exchanges of undergarments (bras, socks, underwear). 

 

Tee shirts and outer garments we do accept exchanges.  In the event you find the size too small or too large, please send us an email to jon@organci-cotton-co.com and explain the problem.  We will happily exchange like for like. This means if you ordered at 2002  Large and you would like a smaller or larger size, we will exchange for a 2004 Medium or Extra Large.  You will be responsible for the shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

If we have made a mistake we will send you the replacement at no charge upon receiving the returned item. 

 

Can I pay for the garments but other methods other than on-line credit cards?

We certainly realize many people do not like to provide on-line credit card information.  You can pay us directly by calling our sales staff.  They will take credit card data over the phone to assist you. 

 

We also accept payment by electronic transfer, money orders and bank drafts.  All of these methods of payment offer you an opportunity to use alternatives to credit card payments.

 

Are there any bleaches used in your natural colored products? 

All our products are made without the use of bleach.  Bleach is extremely destructive to all natural fibers and shortens the life of the product.  Additionally, bleach destroys the “hand” (natural softness and luxurious feel) of our products.  We manufacture and process without the use of any chemicals.
